The club archives does not have any minutes from Jan 1982 through Aug. 1985. The minutes from July 1991 through January 1997 were given to secretary Jeff Coons in January 1996. Anyone who knows anything about the missing minutes please help me to get them into the club archives.
The minutes of the early years were not very good. The club would discuss something and would never document the results. I used material invoices to help find out what projects were completed.

No newsletter was printed in 1983 through 1988. In the December 1982 newsletter, the club did not elect 1983 officers due to not enough members present who were willing to serve. The club does not have any documentation for 1983 or 1984 officers. Bill Murray remembers he served as secretary but didn't remember what year. He also thinks he served as treasurer for three years.
